A Pottery Place
I knew of yarn bowls, but never thought about throwing them. Some yarn friends asked if I could make some. I said "sure". And then I made a lot of yarn bowls. They wanted colorful, so I got a chance to play with a lot of colors.
The bowls themselves are thrown with heavy bottoms. This keeps them in place. The open "J" holes allow one to remove the work from the bowl without cutting the yarn.
They are fun and folks seem to enjoy them.
